Create a Support Case

Create a support case for the Cloud NGFW for Azure.
To create a support case using the Azure portal:
  1. Log into the Azure portal.
  2. In the
    Support + Troubleshooting
    section, click
    New Support Request
    .
  3. On the
    New Support Request
    page, click
    Register User account and create a case at Customer Support Portal
    .
  4. Follow the prompts to create a Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal (CSP) account. If you already have a CSP account, use your existing login credentials.
