FedRAMP license for your product with optional add-ons
There are a few ways to access your license activation and subscription or tenant
management based on first time or return visit.
First Time Activation
Prisma SASE Multitenant Portal and FedRAMP
If you are activating a license for the first time, you are
automatically directed to Common ServicesSubscription or Tenant Management during the activation process.
If you are a FedRAMP Moderate customer as of April 2024 or Prisma
SASE FedRAMP High customer as of December 2023, the following
also applies to you.
You can access through the original support account view of the
hubPrisma SASE Platform button Tenants and ServicesCommon ServicesSubscription or Tenant Management.
The FedRAMP Moderate license activations are similar to the consumer license
activation in Common Services. Just remember to use the Customer
Service FedRAMP account, the Gov Region,
and the Gov Strata Logging Service.
