Learn about returning a device through the
Prisma SASE Platform
If you activate a SASE license or a Prisma SD-WAN license for your tenant, the
Prisma™ SASE Platform
enables you to manage devices.
to send a device back into the available inventory so that you can allocate it again. To return a device, complete the following steps.
  1. Select
    Devices by Region
    , multiple regions are listed where the you can manage your client tenant devices.
  2. Select the region from where the device needs to be allocated to the client tenant.
  3. (Optional)
    Use the filters or
    to refine your results.
  4. Return a device
    to Prisma SD-WAN.
    1. Select the device state
      Available for Client Allocation
      from the

      Return to Prisma SD-WAN
      from the ellipsis menu.
    3. Confirm return of the device to Prisma SD-WAN.
      The device returns to the Prisma SD-WAN inventory where the support admin can re-allocate the device or the customer support team can initiate the RMA process.
