Delete a Service Provider Backbone
After you add a Service Provider (SP) Backbone for your tenant,
you can delete it. Access the
Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager and select ManageService Provider Backbones.
- Scroll to the backbone that you want to delete.Select from ActionsDelete.You cannot delete the SP backbone if it has any connections or if is used by any tenants. before deleting.
Delete a Service Provider Connection
After you add a connection for your Service Provider (SP) Backbone, you can delete it.Access the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager and select ManageService Provider Backbones.- Search or scroll to find the backbone that has connections you want to delete.Select from ActionsEdit.Search or scroll to find the connection that you want to delete.Select from ActionsDelete.You cannot delete a connection if it is used by any tenants.
