Learn about revoking a device through the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager.
If you activate a SASE license or a Prisma SD-WAN license for your tenant, the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager enables you to manage devices.
Use Revoke for
a device that you do not want to send back into the available inventory.
For example, if a child tenant does not renew their contract but
also does not return the device, you can revoke the device to put
it out of operation. To revoke a device, complete the following
steps.
- Select ManageDevices. In Devices by Region, multiple regions are listed where the you can manage your client tenant devices.Select the region from where the device needs to be revoked to the client tenant.(Optional) Use the filters or Search to refine your results.Revoke a Device.
- Select the device.Select Revoke device from the ellipsis menu.Confirm to Revoke the device. The device moves to the Revoked state where the client may mark the device as Return the device or Put device back in use.
