The Business view provides an executive-level view of service adoption, usage, and license management across your entire tenant hierarchy.

The Business view provides an executive-level view of product adoption, usage, and license management across your entire tenant hierarchy. This view does not include product scope selection — it displays all products together for a holistic view. Only the Region filter is available.
Service Overview
The top section provides at-a-glance metrics for each product:

| Prisma Access | Total users and branch sites across all tenants (these are the licensing dimensions for Prisma Access). |
| Prisma SD-WAN | Total branches, devices, and data centers across all tenants. |
| Prisma Browser | Total users across all tenants (licensing is user-based for Prisma Browser). |
Bandwidth Usage

| Prisma Access | The total licensed bandwidth allocated across all tenants for each product (Prisma Access, SD-WAN, and Prisma Browser) based on activation-time allocations. |
| Prisma SD-WAN | Total aggregate bandwidth consumed across all Prisma SD-WAN tenants. |
Usage Trends (Subscription and Add-ons Adoption)
Trend charts show how usage has changed over time (over a 6 month period):
- Services — Tenant adoption trends for Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, and Prisma Browser over time.
- Add-Ons — Tenant adoption trends for add-ons over time.
These charts help you identify growth patterns and anticipate when you may need to expand capacity or adjust license allocations.
Add-on Adoption
This section shows how many tenants have each of the following add-on activated:
- ADEM
- Strata Cloud Manager Pro
- CASB
- Prisma SD-WAN Branch Security
- Other available add-ons
- ZTNA-C
- Prisma Browser (When activated as an add-on and not as a base license)
- Prisma SD-WAN (This is the add-on activated on a tenant)
This gives you visibility into add-on penetration across your tenant base and helps identify opportunities to expand service coverage.
Subscription Utilization
The subscription utilization section tracks whether tenants are consuming licenses within their purchased allocation:

|---|---|
| Standard | Tenants whose active usage is within the purchased license quantity. |
| Over-utilized | Tenants whose active usage exceeds the purchased license quantity and may need a license expansion. |
This view is available per product (Prisma Access, Prisma Browser, Prisma SD-WAN) and helps you identify tenants where license adjustments are needed to align usage with entitlements.
Subscription Status
The subscription status section tracks the lifecycle of licenses across your tenants:

| Subscription Type | Yearly |
| Status | Active or Expired. |
| Activation Date | When the subscription was activated. |
| Expiry Date | Displays the subscription expiration date. For subscriptions expiring within 30 days, a countdown is shown. For expired subscriptions, the expiration date is displayed. |
Click on the expired count to filter the tenant table to only those tenants with expired licenses so you can take renewal action.
Tenant Table — Business
The tenant table on the Business view includes the following columns:
- Tenant name
- Vertical (industry segment)
- Subscription type (Term - Yearly)
- Subscription status (Active or Expired)
- Subscription utilization (Standard, Over, or N/A)
- Activation date
- Expiry date
You can filter the tenant table by product (Prisma Access, Prisma Browser, Prisma SD-WAN), subscription status, and subscription utilization.
