Allocate Hardware Devices Through the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager
Learn about allocating a hardware device through the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager.
Get a quote for your device, and then place
an order that includes the details for the support, quantity, and
bandwidth. After your order is fulfilled and you activate a SASE
license or a Prisma SD-WAN license for your tenant, the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager enables you to manage devices.
To
allocate a hardware device, complete the following steps.
- In the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager, select ManageDevices.In Devices by Region, multiple regions are listed where the you can manage your client tenant devices.Select the region from where the device needs to be allocated to the client tenant.(Optional) Use the filters or Search to refine your results.Allocate the device to a client tenant.
- Select the device and choose Allocate.From the Allocate Device window, select a Tenant available to the MSP.Select Use thisAllocate the device.The allocated device is now listed in the client tenant’s inventory in an Unclaimed state.Select Bulk Actions to allocate multiple devices to a single client tenant.The Prisma SD-WAN administrator can claim the device in the Prisma SD-WAN controller.
