Amend a PayGo Tenant
Modify mobile user quantities and add-ons for an active PayGo tenant.

As your tenant's business needs change, you can adjust their PayGo allocation. You can increase or decrease the mobile user quantity and enable or disable add-ons at any time. Changes take effect immediately, are metered daily, and reflected in the next monthly billing cycle.
You cannot change the package type (Prisma Browser Core, SASE SWG, or SASE ENT) after onboarding. To change the package, you must deprovision the tenant and onboard a new one with the desired package. You also cannot reduce user quantities below the package minimum (1 for Prisma Browser, 50 for SASE SWG, 100 for SASE ENT).
- Select .From the tenant list, select the tenant you want to modify.Click Edit.The current tenant configuration is displayed, including the active package, mobile user quantity, and enabled add-ons.

Modify the configuration as needed.- In Mobile Users, adjust the quantity (increase or decrease within the package minimum).An inline warning displays below the quantity field if insufficient credits are available for the requested increase.Enable or disable add-ons based on the tenant's updated requirements.For Remote Networks, select site types (Very Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large) and enter the quantity per type.Review the summary of changes showing what was modified.Click Confirm to apply the amendments.
