Manage Services Through the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager
Learn how to manage tenant services in the Strata Multitenant Cloud Manager.

Access theStrata Multitenant Cloud Manager, and select ManageServices to view the current physical status of your tenants, including whether
they have finished setting up and whether they are operational.
Use the filter to display a region and any tenant where you are assigned a role. To view
a given tenant, click on the tenant's name.
You can use the table settings to show, hide, or rearrange columns.
This page displays the following information:
- Tenant name
- License edition
- Tenant vertical
- Service setup journey
- Service setup status
- Expiration date
- Licenses allocated:
- Remote network speed
- Number of service connections
- Number of mobile users
- Amount of Strata Logging Service data space
- Support ID — a list of tenant IDs required for opening customer support cases, such as:
- TSG ID — Tenant Service Group ID or tsg_id
- Strata Logging Service ID
- Cloud Management ID
- Prisma Access ID
