    • Identity & Access role: Multitenant Superuser or Multitenant IAM Administrator or IAM Administrator or Auditor
Access the portal, and select MonitorLicenses to view detailed reports on your tenant licenses and resource consumption.
Use the filter to display a region and any tenant where you are assigned a role. To view details about the license assigned to a given tenant, click on the tenant's name.
You can use the table settings to show, hide, or rearrange columns.
This page displays the following widgets:
Widget
Description
License Consumption
Displays a view of license consumption as a percentage of the total allocated for the tenant. Consumption information is provided for:
  • Number of mobile users.
  • Remote network bandwidth.
License Allocation Details
Displays a table of license capacity usage. For each reported metric, the maximum capacity value is shown as well as the remaining available amount of the resource. This information is provided for:
  • Number of mobile users.
  • Remote network bandwidth.
Licenses
Displays summary license information per tenant including the following:
  • Tenant name.
  • License edition.
  • Business vertical designation that is assigned to this tenant.
  • The number of mobile user instances that are currently in use by the tenant.
  • The number of mobile user instances that are currently allocated to the tenant, but not necessarily in use.
  • The number of remote network instances that are currently in use by the tenant.
  • The number of remote network instances that are currently allocated to the tenant, but not necessarily in use.
  • License activation date.
  • License expiration date.
