If you are a SASE customer and have purchased both Mobile Users and Remote Networks ADEM licenses and have created application monitoring tests for both, you see an integrated view in the Experience tab. You see a Mobile User Experience card and a Remote Site Experience card.

If you have purchased a license for only one of the two, Mobile Users or Remote Sites, then you will see only the card for which you have the license.

The Experience tab displays data for Historical Synthetics and the Zoom Data. The Zoom Data button is enabled only if you have purchased the Zoom Quality of Service Subscription (QSS) as an add-on from Zoom. Historical Synthetics shows you the app experience for a specific app (for example, Zoom) across your organization relative to all other monitored apps whereas Zoom Data lets you view data exclusively for the Zoom app across your organization.
