Learn how to transition your single tenant Prisma Access FedRAMP to multitenant
FedRAMP.
If you are a new cloud-managed Prisma Access FedRAMP customer (or newly migrated) as of August
2023, you can use the following information to transition from a single tenant
deployment to a multitenant deployment.
After you receive an email from
Palo Alto Networks identifying the license you are activating, including
all your add-ons and capacities,

to begin the activation process. - To transition from a single tenant Panorama-managed Prisma Access to multitenant, selectGet Started with Prisma SASEin your email.
- Follow the steps to Activate a License for Single Tenant Cloud-Managed Prisma Access FedRAMP, but do notLaunchthe products yet.
- Instead, selectTenant Management.

- Manage your tenants through the Prisma SASE Multitenant Portal.
