. You can extend or renew your expiring license through
Common Services
. After
you request an extension from IT, and your updates are ready for use, you will
receive an activation link in your email. - The following steps apply if you allocated part of your production license during the initial activation and you share the license between multiple tenants.
- The following steps also apply if you allocated part of your evaluation license during the initial activation, you share the license between multiple tenants, and you are converting to a production license.
- This does not apply to a full allocation or to a single tenant environment, regardless of production license extension or evaluation license to production conversion. In a full allocation or single tenant environment, there are no additional steps after clicking the activation link.

- In Tenant Management, you see blue dots indicating that you need to take further steps.
- Use the blue dots to find the tenant with the subscription that you need to extend, select theTenant NameandEditthe licensed products.
