    Request Evaluation to Production Conversion Through Common Services

    Learn how to request an evaluation license to production license conversion through Common Services.
    Where Can I Use This?What Do I Need?

    • Any Tenant that contains FedRAMP High Prisma Access
    • Multitenant Superuser role
    You can initiate a request to convert your evaluation license to a production license. This request does not instantly result in a modification from evaluation to production. After the request is made, you still work with your Palo Alto Networks account representative to complete the process.
    1. Use one of the various ways to access Common ServicesSubscriptions & Add-ons.
    2. Select Subscriptions & Add-ons. Only one way is shown here.
    3. Find the subscription that you want to modify, and select ActionsEval to Prod Request.
    4. Specify the licenses you would like on your production tenant and Send Request. The request is looked at your Palo Alto Networks account representative to create a quote. Some examples include the following:
      • Sku: Prisma Access
      • LicenseUnits: 100
      • Addon: Service Connection, ADEM, SaaS Inline, DLP, IoT
      • Terms: 12 months
