The first time you access the
Prisma SASE Multitenant Portal
will likely be through an email
that you receive from Palo Alto Networks regarding license activation. After activating your tab, select
Prisma Access
license, the Summary
dashboard
is the default screen when you first access the Prisma SASE Multitenant Portal
. For Prisma
Access setup, select the Prisma Access
SummaryMap View
Get Started
and you are automatically
directed to Manage Services
to complete your setup.
The Summary
dashboard data will display after you've configured
your mobile users or remote networks. Menus display with limited access if you haven't completed the first time setup:

Summary Map View DashboardIf you haven't completed the first time setup, the dashboard offers you the following widgets:

Widget | Description |
---|---|
Total Tenants | Displays the total number of tenants configured for the selected
tenant. This number includes the current tenant plus all child
tenants. Also displays the total bandwidth allocated for all tenants and
the number of users created for all tenants. You can also Onboard a new tenant as a
child of the currently displayed tenant. |
Total Allocated Users | Displays the total number of allocated users in a Cortex
Data Lake region for
the selected tenant. |
Total Allocated Bandwidth | Displays the total amount of allocated bandwidth in a Cortex
Data Lake region
for the selected tenant. |
Monitor Dashboards
If you haven't completed the first time setup, the
Monitor
screens such as Threats
, Applications
,
and Service Connectivity
are expected to have no data.
Instead, they display an introductory banner with the option to Get
Started
.Manage Services
If you haven't completed the first time setup, the dashboard offers you the following widgets:

Tenant Name | The name of the tenant. |
Service setup journey | The service setup status, such as: No License, License Allocated,
License Activated, Components Configured. The Allocate & Activate License button
if you need to activate the license. You are automatically
directed to Subscriptions to activate
your license.The Configure Components button to
complete your setup. You are automatically directed to Prisma Access to
configure your remote networks or mobile users. |
Setup status | The operational status, such as: No License, Activating,
Complete, Warning, Error. |
Cortex
Data Lake Connection status | The connection status of Cortex
Data Lake , such as: Connected or
Not Connected |
Edition | The license edition, such as: Prisma Access Enterprise |
Vertical | The vertical you chose during license activation. |
Expiration date | The license expiration date. |
Licenses allocated | The licenses allocated to the tenant. |
Support ID | A list of tenant IDs required for opening customer
support cases, such as:

Tenant Management to add tenants. |
