Download, Share, and Schedule Reports

Share reports within your organization, and schedule reports so that they’re delivered to your email inbox—and your colleagues inboxes—at regular intervals (daily, weekly, or monthly).

The same download, share, and schedule actions are also available for reports you build in Custom Reports.

To download, share, or schedule a report:

Click any of these icons,

on any Dashboard page.

Or
Click Strata CanvasReportsReport Templates and select any of these icons

from the list of report templates. You can customize your reports by selecting specific time periods and report/dashboard specific filters before you download or set a schedule.
If you’re scheduling a report, define the report parameters including:
- Check filters for your report content and apply it before scheduling the report
- the frequency at which you’d like the report to be delivered (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- the Start Date when the system starts generating reports.
- the preferred time for report delivery.
  
  The report will be sent within 15 minutes of this scheduled time.
- Email addresses of the recipient(s) along with the optional message to be added in the mail.
Select the Scheduled Reports tab to view, edit, or delete the reports that have been scheduled to generate.
To send a one-time preview, apply required filters and share report or download it directly without setting up a schedule.
Select the History tab to view the list of reports generated in the past 90 days.

Daylight Saving Time change will not automatically update your report schedule and may impact your report delivery time.
