ADEM Licensing
In order to get access to the metrics gathered by ADEM, you must purchase one of two
ADEM license - ADEM Observability license or the AI-Powered ADEM license.

AI-Powered ADEM addresses the NOC, IT Helpdesk, Network and Security admin persona. This
license must be enabled on the entire
Prisma Access
base and cannot be enabled for
partial tenant (Mobile Users only or Remote Networks only). This license will and must
always match Prisma Access
Mobile Users and Prisma Access
NET (Remote Networks)
license. The AI-Powered ADEM license unlocks the Mobile Users, Remote Sites, and Application
Experience metrics gathered by ADEM based on the ADEM license(s) that you purchase. Some
widgets in the
Strata Cloud Manager
UI contain metrics gathered from various areas of
the product including ADEM. The metrics gathered by ADEM will be displayed only if you
have purchased the appropriate ADEM license(s). The AI-Powered ADEM license also gives
you access to ADEM-specific features such as Self-Serve and Zoom Integration. If you have an existing ADEM license and would like to access the AIOps-powered features
in ADEM, you must upgrade your existing ADEM license by purchasing one of the AI-Powered
ADEM license below:
ADEM Observability
With the ADEM Observability add-on license you get all features that come with the
Prisma Access
base license. In addition, you can purchase one or both of the
following licenses:- Mobile User license which includes a pack of 10 synthetic application tests per Mobile User that are used for Mobile User-to-application monitoring.
- Remote Site license which includes a pack of 10 synthetic application tests per Remote Site that are used for Remote Site-to-application monitoring.
The ADEM for Mobile Users license gives you access to only the Mobile Users metrics
gathered by ADEM. If you would like to access Remote Networks data too, you must
purchase the ADEM for Remote Networks license in addition to this license. Likewise, the
ADEM for Remote Networks license gives you access to only the Remote Networks metrics
for your organization gathered by ADEM. If you would like to access Mobile Users data
too, you must purchase the ADEM for Mobile Users license in addition to this license.
AI-Powered ADEM
AI-Powered ADEM license includes ADEM Observability features as well as predictive
analytics, Access Analyzer powered by AI/ML/Formal and an enhanced view of Incidents. If
you have purchased Mobile Users and Remote Networks in a Prisma Access base license,
ensure that you have an AI-Powered ADEM license for Mobile Users and Remote Networks
with the same number of licenses as the base.
