Select in Strata Cloud Manager Command Center to view Mobile Users that connect
to
Prisma Access
Security services through the GlobalProtect agent on their
devices.Securing mobile users from threats is often a complex mix of security and IT
infrastructure procurement and setup, bandwidth, and uptime requirements in multiple
locations throughout the world, while staying within budget. With
Prisma Access
for
users, the entire infrastructure is deployed for you and scales based on the number of
active users and their locations. - Monitor aggregated data about your currently connected GlobalProtect Mobile Users.
- View the total number of users being monitored byAutonomous DEM.
- View the GlobalProtect versions that your users’ devices are using to connect toPrisma Access.
- See IP pool utilization by different IP pool allocation theaters based on the number of connected users at that time.
- View the details on each device that a Mobile User is connected from along with their user experience score and the location from where they are connected.
- Select any Mobile User Name to view details about this user.
- Download current data from theUsers | Devicestable.
- Connected Method—SelectGlobalProtectto view data about your GlobalProtect Mobile users.
- You can filter users and devices by:
- Time Range
- User Name
- Prisma AccessLocations
- Device Name
- GlobalProtect Version
- OS Family/Version
- Source Location
- Source IP Address
Connected Users
Connected Users
displays the number of users connected to Prisma Access
at the time the data was fetched or as indicated in the timestamp.
You can View Trend by
Users
or by User Devices
. Select
Number (Currently Connected)
to see the Connected Users |
Connected User Devices table for details about all connected users and all of their
devices. Risky Users
View the number of users who are impacted by threats. The Up or Down arrow compares
this time range with a previous time range to determine the difference, in
percentage, of number of connected devices. Select View More Details for
GlobalProtect Versions or IP Pool Utilization to see details about risky users in
your environment.
GlobalProtect Version Details
GlobalProtect Version Details
shows the GlobalProtect
versions that your users’ devices are using to connect to Prisma Access
. You
can see how many users are connecting with each version. The data displayed can
be used to enforce compliance with the latest GlobalProtect app version. Over
over the Distribution Trend lines to see the IP addresses of users connected at
that time.
IP Pool Utilization Details
See IP pool utilization by different IP pool allocation theaters based on the
number of connected users at that time. The IP pool utilization percentage on
the graph is the number of IP pool blocks used out of all the IP pool blocks
that are available across all the subnets. You can take proactive actions by
adding subnets when you see an IP pool bar approaching the maximum capacity for
any region.
Current Connected Users to GlobalProtect
The
(Number of) Connected Users
table following the chart
displays all the users who were connected to Prisma Access
within the specified
Time Range
selected. From the Connected
Users
table, select a connected User
to open
the User Details
page to view information about that unique
user.
