Why do I get a server error when launching the ESM Console?
Symptom
When opening the ESM Console, you receive an error in the browser
indicating a Server Error in the ‘/CyveraManagement’ or ‘/EndpointSecurityManager’ Application.
Possible Causes
The server does not meet the prerequisite for .NET Framework
4.0 patched with the KB2468871 update.
Solution
Install .NET Framework 4.0 and the KB2468871 patch.
