    View the Status of the Agent Using Cytool

    To view information about the status of the Traps agent on Windows endpoints, use the cytool info command.
    1. Open a command prompt as an administrator and navigate to the Traps folder (see Access Cytool).
    2. To view the Traps agent version:
      C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\Traps> cytool info

    3. For more detailed information on the Traps version and status of the agent, use the cytool info query command.
