    View a Ticket Associated With a Policy Violation

    If you created a ticket in Jira from SSPM, you can open the issue tracking system from SSPM to view the linked ticket.
    When you create a ticket for a policy violation from SSPM, the policy violation is linked to the ticket in Jira. You can open Jira to view the linked ticket from SSPM.
    1. Navigate to SaaS Security Posture Management.
    2. Navigate to a policy violation.
    3. In the policy violation, go to
      Ticketing
      .
    4. View Ticket
      .
