Learn how to reset the password for an administrator
on SaaS Security.
Administrators with a Super Admin role can
reset the password for any administrator account but an administrator
with the Admin role can only reset the password for other Admin
role administrators, or administrators with a Limited Admin or Read
Only role.
The ability to reset an administrator password
on SaaS Security is available on instances set up before July 17, 2019.
For instances set up after July 17, 2019, reset your password through
the Customer Support Portal.
Select
Settings
Admin Accounts
.
Click the
Name
of the administrator
and
Force Change Password
.
If you do not see the Force Change Password link, you do
not have the privilege necessary to modify the settings. When you successfully
reset a password, the administrator receives an email that includes
a link to change their password.
