After you have enabled DDNS, monitor the logs and troubleshoot any issues by checking the following Prisma Access components.

GlobalProtect

. The gateway agent message contains the hostname, domain name, and the tunnel IP address information. GlobalProtect sends the agent message only if the endpoint is part of a domain or AD.

Check the

gp_ddns_support.log

command in Panorama CLI to view other DDNS logs.
